BUS TRANSPORTATION between DOWNTOWN and the UNIVERSITY
Here is the way to go to the university and
come back downtown with public buses. (See the map here
for bus stop locations.)
1) With the bus #2
Take the bus #2 at the Esquirol bus stop to one of the two terminus
So, be careful on the terminus you choose (Terminus Rangueil
University).
Esquirol bus stop is also a subway station
(grey circle on the map) not far from the Place Wilson (a ten-minute walk at the
most).
Buses run every ten minutes.

On the location of IRIT map, the Rangueil University terminus of the bus
#2 is just below and slightly on the right of the single building (in
brown) with a "Y" form, in the middle of the little area with a
right-angled triangle shape (map background in blue) near the first red arrows
at the bottom of the map.
2) With the bus #24
Take the bus #24 at the Capitole bus
stop to the terminus.
Capitole bus stop is also a subway station (grey circle on the map)
nearby the Place Wilson (about 200 meters).
It will take quite a long time to join the university because there are
many bus stops before the terminus.
Buses run every ten minutes.
